In addition to it’s beachfront location, being directly on Pattaya Beach, it is located next to Central Festival Shopping Mall in the heart of Pattaya. The Condominium consists of a high rise 34 storey building that was completed in 2008 and can be found between Pattaya Beach Road and Pattaya Second Road.
The complex offers guests a lovely large communal swimming pool, with an additional children’s pool attached. On the ground floor of the building you can find a number of convenience stores, shops, restaurants, cafes and laundrettes. There are also elevators, along with secure undercover parking and 24 hour security.
Being in this central location you will find a multitude of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues in the local vicinity. As well as being located next to Central Festival Shopping Mall, there are a number of other shopping opportunities in the area, including Mike’s Mall, The Avenue, Royal Garden Plaza and Pattaya Night Bazaar. From View Talay 6 there is easy access to the main nightlife areas of Pattaya, such as Walking Street, which is a short Baht Bus ride, or Soi Buakhao - a short 5 minute stroll away.

There are numerous tourist attractions located in and around Pattaya to keep you entertained, in addition to the 4 km golden sandy beach which offers various water sports and trips to the nearby scenic island of Koh Larn (Coral Island) with its white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters providing an excellent opportunity for snorkeling.
Pattaya has many attractions to offer, such as Pattaya Floating Market, Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden and the Sanctuary of Truth to name but a few! There are also an abundance of beauty and massage parlors, several large shopping malls, and a number of beautiful temples. You will also find many street and night markets offering a range of goods from clothes, electronics and fresh fruit and vegetables.
To escape the bustle of the main town you can easily take a Baht Bus or taxi a short distance to Jomtien, which is to the south of Pattaya. This is a quieter beach area and boasts 6 km of uninterrupted sandy beach, where you can relax in a beach chair or try out some of the many watersports on offer here.
If you wish to explore further afield there are many tourist agents offering a variety of day trips and excursions to attractions such as Angkor Wat in Cambodia, Bangkok, Erawan National Park and the Bridge over the River Kwai.
